DPD RI Receives the Most Popular Media Award in 2018

Bandung, dpd.go.id - The House of Regional Representative (DPD) of the Republic of Indonesia received the 2019 Public Relations Indonesia Award (PRIA) as the Most Popular Institution in Media in 2018. The annual event held by Indonesian PR at the Trans Studio Hotel Bandung, Thursday night (28 / 3/2019) is one of the most comprehensive awards in the field of public relations in Indonesia.

Based on the results of qualitative monitoring and analysis conducted by PR Indonesia, the DPD RI was designated as the Winner of Indonesian PR Awards in the Most Popular Institution Category in Media 2018 along with KPK, OJK, Bank Indonesia, TNI, POLRI, and KPU.

Specifically for the Most Popular category in Media, PR Indonesia monitors the reporting of hundreds of corporations / institutions / ministries / regional governments in 20 national newspapers, 40 regional newspapers and 110 mainstream magazines in Indonesia. In addition, PR Indonesia collects data from January 1 - December 31, 2018 to find the most popular corporations / institutions / ministries / governments.

Indonesian PR Founder and Editor in Chief Asmono Wikan stated that PRIA is part of Indonesia's PR commitment in appreciating superior public relations performance.

"The PR Indonesia Award reflects the highest achievement of corporate / organizational communication, and commitment from PR Indonesia in appreciating superior public relations performance from corporations, ministries, institutions, and regional governments throughout Indonesia," he said.

PR Award Award for The Most Popular Institution Category in Media 2018 for the DPD RI was received by the Head of Public Relations and Media Protocol Bureau of DPD RI General Secretariat Nana Sutisna.

Previously, in the implementation of the third PRIA in Semarang in 2018, Chairperson of the House of Regional Representativeof the Republic of Indonesia, Oesman Sapta received the Best Communicator 2018 award, the category of Head of Institution. (mas)
