LHOKSEUMAWE, dpd.go.id - DPD RI member from Aceh H. Sudirman alias Haji Uma, two days ago invited the Aceh Regional Sharia Bank Indonesia (BSI) officials, to find out the development of financing or people's business credit (KUR). The officials who attended the meeting were Regional CEO of BSI I Aceh Wisnu Sunandar represented by Retail Financing Business Deputy BSI Aceh, Saiful Musadir.
He was accompanied by BSI Deputy Branch Manager for the Lhokseumawe area, Yanrizal Fahlevi and Priority Banking Manager Firdaus. Meanwhile, Haji Uma at the meeting was accompanied by two expert staff, Muhammad Daud and Hamdani alias Matnu. The meeting took place casually at a cafe, Culture Coffee, Lhokseumawe, Friday (6/1/2023).
In the meeting, Saiful Musadir conveyed that the financing funds distributed by BSI for 2022 exceeded the target. BSI's target for disbursing financing in 2022 is IDR 2.4 trillion.
However, the realization reached IDR 2.8 trillion for people who have business categories of micro and super micro.
Recipients of the funding include the City of Banda Aceh, Central Aceh, Lhokseumawe and other districts/cities in Aceh. So that there is a shortage of IDR 400 billion for financing, BSI Aceh withdraws from the central BSI and other quotas. "For micro businesses, the financing fund is Rp. 10 to 100 million. Meanwhile, for super-micro businesses it is under Rp. 10 million," said Saiful in response to Haji Uma's question. It is expected that later with this program, recipients of financing can increase their business from super-micro, to micro, medium, and then independent.
On that occasion, Saiful Musadir also said that in 2022 BSI will distribute zakat funds of up to IDR 102 billion through the National Zakat Agency (Baznas). Zakat will be distributed to the community in the form of scholarships, village assistance for assisted villages, such as assistance to communities in the Lamteuba oil business area. patchouli Saiful also said that BSI in Aceh continues to improve facilities in serving the community. Currently, BSI already has 693 ATMs in Aceh from previously 690 units in 2021.
Then Electronic Data Capture (EDC) Merchant EDC machines reached 906 from the previous 94, then BSI Smart agents which reached 10,945 from the previous 6,867. Then QRIS 17,353 from previously 7,203, then from BSI Mobile it has reached 524,002 from previously 358,181 BSI Aceh also hopes that some of the funds from district/city governments in Aceh can help distribute it.
After hearing this explanation, Haji Uma said, continue to work on upgrading services. One of them is that there should be more BSI ATM machines in a number of other cities in Aceh, especially those that are tourist destinations.
"We appreciate the efforts to improve service quality that have been carried out by BSI in Aceh," said Haji Uma. Haji Uma also said that he would later try to convey the problems faced by BSI in Aceh to the Ministry. This is so that in the future BSI will receive facilities to be able to improve services to the community. (*)
